Besides storytelling and cooking, my grandpa was always a sharply dressed man. He would silently make a statement with his freshly-shined shoes to his perfectly-matching bow tie. Seeing this picture immediately reminded me of him. The second bow tie from the top on the left, the light green seersucker, was just like one he wore every Easter. Seeing it filled me with memories and delight; I would love to be able to give a similar bow tie to my husband, who I believe shares my grandfather's knack for dressing well. Bow ties are the focus of any sharply-dressed man's outfit; there's never too many to have! Love!
