Like Brooke + Victor’s South Carolina wedding, Kara + Tyler’s wedding on Kiawah Island (also in SC!) was another hands-down reader favorite from V3. The couple’s bright green color palette (the bride asked her maids to choose their own green dresses!) and dramatic tented reception certainly top my list. Tim Will photographed the happy couple, who originally met as Crooked Creek Young Life camp counselors, and A Charleston Bride handled everything from the planning to the lush white blooms I love oh-so-much. Kara wore a belted Vera Wang gown that was drop-dead gorgeous in every sense of the word, while the groom and his gents got decked out in navy suits + green ties, courtesy of J. Crew. I love this wedding as much today as when we went to print last summer.
