Can we all just agree that Leigh’s wedding up-do is simply stunning? Stunning! Now that that’s settled, we can focus on the awesome details from Leigh + Jeff’s celebration at the Biltmore Estate. Joey + Jessica Seawell photographed the lovely couple, and Melissa Porter of the Asheville Event Company planned the traditional North Carolina wedding. The bride wore a dramatic Carolina Herrera gown (with a to-die-for train!), and her maids wore a mix of hydrangea-blue frocks from J. Crew. The newlyweds’ celebrated with an open-air reception where the highlight (at least according to the bride!) was the detailed wedding cake from the Estate’s talented pastry team. We tend to agree: it’s hard to imagine a cake more perfect for an authentic Carolina wedding.
