Real Weddings Gallery Tara + Steve

We don’t know too much about this gem of a Southern wedding, but knew we absolutely had to share it with you. (We’re pretty sure you’ll forgive us the lack of details once you see the photos from Joey + Jessica Seawell of Veil and Bow.) Tara, in a sleek pleated gown, wed pink tie-clad Steve at the Daniel Island Club in historic Charleston. The team at Peacock Events planned the simple outdoor ceremony, and Timeless Designs styled bright, island-inspired blooms to accent the venue’s lush green palette. Leave it to Joey + Jessica to capture the sweetest details of the day: coral and aqua beach cruisers – polished and ready for riding! -, raspberry watercolor paper goods courtesy of Wedding Paper Divas and an auspicious flying v over the couple’s intimate vows. Emily and I both agree this last shot is almost too perfect. I’m a big fan of the mason jars, filled with a mix of flowers, and I’m sure you’ll be swooning, too, when you see the elegant square-tiered wedding cake with a lush pile of blooms on top. The night ended with a petal toss as the newlyweds made their getaway. I like to imagine their cute basset hound rode away with them.
