Things you’d write home to your Momma about: I would write my Momma and thank her for loving and supporting me. She instilled in me a love for people and passion for creating the most beautiful photography I can. I would enclose in that letter copies of the magazines that I am tickled to be published in including Weddings Unveiled, Photo District News, and Perfect Weddings. If I were writing my Momma via email, I would include links to recent features on top wedding blogs like Style Me Pretty, Grey Likes Weddings, Wedding Chicks and many more.
Location/coverage: Anywhere that can be reached by plane, train or automobile!
Best piece of advice you can give to brides and grooms? The day after your wedding, write down your every memory – the scents, the people that came, the food, how you felt when you saw your future spouse, as much as you can remember. These precious memories fade with time, and you and future generations will thank you for this treasure.
Favorite part of a wedding day? I adore my time with my bride and groom! The love and anticipation that abounds is a splendor, and a pleasure to photograph.
Favorite thing about weddings in the South? Southerners are a very charming lot! I have made so many friends through wedding photography. To capture their most important moments in a place as picturesque as the South is a dream come true.
