Things you’d write home to your momma about: I’ve been featured many times over in The Knot (Best of Weddings pick three years in a row — 2010, 2011 & 2012), I’m a regular contributor to the Weddings in Houston magazine and blog, and I’ve been featured in Brides Houston magazine and in ads for Magnolia Hotels.
Location/coverage: I honestly prefer to stay within shooting range of Houston but don’t mind the occasional road trip in this great state of Texas. I have been fortunate to book a destination engagement session or two, but I LOVE to be home!
Best advice for brides and grooms: Choose vendors that you can trust so you can really relax and just enjoy your big day. A great wedding planner is a huge asset and budgeting a little more to get something or someone you love is worth every penny in the end. And, of course, investing in good photography is something you won’t regret. Any bride will tell you the day goes by in the blink of an eye but you’ll have your photos forever. :)
