With two years of experience at Mindy Weiss Party Consultants, Nicole has a tremendous capacity for attention to detail and places an emphasis on scheduling and budgets. How I got into weddings: I was always good at throwing parties. After I left the fashion industry, I was able to get an internship with an event planner to see if I would enjoy planning events, and I loved it! I worked for someone else for a while and then ultimately left and started my own company. I couldn’t be happier!
Favorite thing about weddings in the South? I think they always seem to give a nod to tradition and yet be a really fun time.
Favorite part of a wedding day? When the couple is letting loose on the dance floor with their friends and family.
Best piece of advice you can give to brides and grooms? Remember to relax and enjoy the day – it goes quickly and you want to take it all in.
Dream travel destination? Greece.
Favorite Southern city? Louisville.
Early bird or night owl? Night Owl.
Pie bar or red velvet cake? I love all forms of dessert, but I guess I would say pie bar so I have options!
